Registration fees

All fees include the Welcome reception, on-site lunches and coffee breaks, poster session refreshment, and Tuesday social event including city sightseeing and light dinner which will be offered to all registered participants. The Wednesday gala dinner is limited to 140 participants.

Credit card and bank transfer are available upon registration

Cancellation policy
For cancellations requested before May 1^st, partial refund (50%) of the registration fee will be provided upon request.
After May 1^st, no refund is possible

To prepare the abstract, please use this template.
The same template should be used for oral communications, posters and Cutting Edge Lectures (CEL).

Deadline for abstract submission is April 7^th. Acceptance decision will be communicated within April 30^th.
Due to limited slots available for oral communications, some of them will be converted to poster presentations, upon author's approval.
